 Details
The citrus longhorn beetle (Anoplophora chinensis) is a spectacular insect some 21-37mm long. It is black, with distinct white markings and long antennae (the so called 'horns'). The antennae are longer than the body and are black with white bands. The insect is listed as a serious pest of plants and any sightings should be reported immediately to the local Plant Health & Seeds Inspector or Forestry Commission office (details of DEFRAs website).
